The staff from Baymont Inn & Suites in Sullivan, MO would like to express how much we enjoyed our experience working with OpenAire and their installers. Not only did we get an amazing new roof for our pool area, but the installers made the experience painless. The team was friendly and professional; they kept a clean working area, a steady work schedule, and good attitude with everyone, guest and staff included. While staying as guests at our hotel, they carried their professionalism with them, always keeping their rooms spotless. In addition to all of this, they even completed the job early, which allowed us to paint the pool area before we reopened it to our guests – something we hadn’t planned on being able to do. Again we would like to thank OpenAire for a job well done all the way around.

The Mission Valley YMCA has been partnering with OpenAire for over 20 years with great success. With the pool enclosure and retractable roof, we are able to provide a wide range of programming throughout the day and during different times of the year. Certain water exercise programs like the Arthritis Group really benefit with the pool enclosure. Over time, several YMCA facilities in San Diego County have moved in the direction to partner with OpenAire and have had pool enclosures installed to benefit their members and participants. We look forward to continuing to work with OpenAire in the future.

We opened the Hockessin Athletic Club on June 10th, 2007. Our members and especially their children rave about the outstanding environment that has been created. I also like the fact that I don’t need lights during the day, and I won’t have to condition the OpenAire space until October or November which is a huge savings over a traditional indoor pool facility. We love our OpenAire!

We expected that [with visitor growth], in year three or four of our proforma we could get to $2 million in day passes. We were able to do that in the first year of opening.

Prior to covering the pool, we had very little winter usage, and only limited evening usage. We now have a full pool…our aquatic income has increased over 40% since adding the cover…OpenAire has made a big difference to our YMCA and to the people in our community.
