Arlo Hotels announced the grand opening of its first Washington, DC hotel, the seventh property in its portfolio. With original arts and culture from each hotel’s location, OpenAire is pleased to be a part of the groundbreaking project providing a retractable roof that is 53 ft wide and 29 ft deep.

The self-supported retractable skylight sits within a central atrium in the hotel and houses a lounge with capacity for up to 100 guests.
