Currently in the CD drawing phase, the new Lima Community Aquatic Center will be a 90ft wide by 145ft long aquatic enclosure that includes a custom sliding wall. When open the 62ft wide opening will create a seamless indoor outdoor environment spanning between the adjacent indoor pool and outdoor pool/patio spaces.

OpenAire worked with the expert team at Brandsetter Carroll who are national experts in the design of municipal recreation facilities of this type. Brandsetter Carroll and the representatives from the city of Lima, were all heavily involved in the development of this project and will continue to be through completion in 2025.
