Owners of Rebel at Polson Pier have been very successful at staying ahead of this curve. With a 41,000 sq. ft outdoor patio, Polson Pier is a focal point for Toronto nightlife in the warmer months of the year.

Looking for the next angle that would keep them ahead of the competition, the owners wanted to capitalize on the outdoor feel of the complex that makes it so popular in the summer and extend it into the winter. They wanted a room which would take full advantage of the extraordinary views of Toronto, while providing an indoor/outdoor feel.

“Noir” at Rebel offers a sensory experience like no other. Guests can relax on the second floor, surrounded by glass, enjoying an unparalleled view of the city, gazing up the stars and cozying up by two fireplaces in a magnificent glass room! Celebrities and VIPs will love this luxurious haven offering a private entrance, private elevator, soundproof glass dividing walls and two private, heated patios. Technical Information

OpenAire provided the solution in the form of a rooftop glass enclosure, measuring 40’x66′. There are two fireplaces built into the glass walls and the roof opens 50% of the way to create an elegant and spectacular indoor/outdoor space.
