The Granite Club

One of Toronto’s most exclusive private clubs, the Granite Club, approached OpenAire with a unique challenge. The members wanted their new pool and aquatic play area to have a minimal, unobtrusive building as its enclosure.

OpenAire helped them realize their dream by creating a building with a glass roof that can retract almost 75% of its area, while half of the outside wall opens 100% of the way.

In keeping with the Club’s bold style, this building is one of a kind. The Granite Club’s unique pool enclosure won the “Best of the Best” award from the Toronto Construction Association. The club has also been recognized by the Distinguished Clubs program as the best of the best of global private member clubs.
