Tice Creek Fitness Center at Rossmoor

The Tice Creek Fitness Center at Rossmoor is a retirement community in Northern California’s beautiful community of Walnut Creek.  Developers wanted to enclose their outdoor pool. However they did not want to lose the beauty of the outdoors or the natural California sunshine.

They chose OpenAire to provide a cost effective, maintenance free building with a retractable roof that could be opened up to the great outdoors.

The Tice Creek Fitness Center is the only year round pool at the complex and offers residents the indoor/outdoor experience that means they can swim comfortably whenever they like. The other two community pools are both seasonal and not ideal for all seniors in the complex.
