A business person always hopes they make the right decision at the right time. We decided to use the OpenAire building for our water park enclosure. With the OpenAire building we get to use our park year-round. With the glass enclosure you get to enjoy the view outside without the chilly temperatures of fall and winter. And on those sunny days we can open the roof for the ultimate experience of the great outdoors while still indoors. It also saves with our HVAC system, we can shut it down with the roof open, saving money. And during the day, no lights required! With over 250 rooms available for our guests, we have the greatest facility in the Black Hills, year round.

The Mission Valley YMCA has been partnering with OpenAire for over 20 years with great success. With the pool enclosure and retractable roof, we are able to provide a wide range of programming throughout the day and during different times of the year. Certain water exercise programs like the Arthritis Group really benefit with the pool enclosure. Over time, several YMCA facilities in San Diego County have moved in the direction to partner with OpenAire and have had pool enclosures installed to benefit their members and participants.
