Senior Project Manager

Our Team is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee Global projects.

With a background in Construction and Project Management, the Senior Project Manager will ensure projects are performed safely, on time and on budget. He/she will ensure each project incorporates applicable global Construction Industry practices including safety, legal and industry best practices. The successful project manager will possess excellent analytical abilities, creative problem solving skills and strong planning and organizing capabilities. This individual must have excellent leadership, negotiation and mediation skills, and have the ability to work well with all levels of the organization, with clients, engineers, architects and contractors.

Skills:

• Excellent skills in project co-ordination and scheduling, process flow and labor force management
• Exceptional skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent skills in construction, cost estimating and design planning.
• Outstanding project management skills including the ability to build and track budgets and control costs.
• Comfortable sourcing custom materials and fabrication in a global market.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the capability to effectively work with a diverse group of individuals.
• Related computer applications AutoCAD, MSPROJECT or similar, MSOFFICE.

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Project Management with 10 years of professional experience preferred. Applicable experience commensurate to education. Must be mechanically inclined and be able to travel globally.
