Rooftop XP @ Hyatt House, Jersey City
OpenAire created a motorized telescoping roof to shelter the hotel’s inviting rooftop lounge. Located on the Hudson River directly across from the Freedom Tower, the lounge’s views of the New Jersey waterfront and the New York City skyline cant be beat.
The Yard at Ballys Atlantic City
The Yard at Ballys Atlantic City features a retractable roof enclosure sitting within the U-shaped courtyard of the hotel. The beer garden features motorized operable walls on all sides and a retractable roof that opens in 10 moving sections.
Saarland Therme
Saarland Therme includes a wide variety of thermal baths, restaurants and spa service areas. The design of the entire complex is based on a Moorish-Oriental style. The large thermal hall is crowned by a retractable glass roof. The roof opens in the middle and bi-parts with the two halves moving in opposite direction.
Refinery Hotel NYC
OpenAire designed, manufactured and installed a retractable glass roof that enhanced guests’ views of New York’s city sunsets. Guests can now take in the cinematic skyline of Manhattan and the Empire State Building, while relaxing with cocktails or a glass of wine from the bar’s premium wine list.
